Class Evaluation

1. What I liked about this class was how we learned about many careers, and what they do , how much money they make. Also how we learned what it's like to be a CTR person and what to do when you're stuck in a situation where if you want to do the wrong thing or the right thing.
2. What I didn't like about this class was how it was the same routine everyday.
3. My recommendations to improve this class is to maybe have more activities and not do the same thing everyday.
4. A highlight for me in this class was becoming a CTR person.
5. Yes I did , I tried my best because my typing did improve from the first day I got here.
6. Yes I do read it when i can , and I do come up with more goals each day.
7. Yes I am because what I learned in this class is that if you do the wrong thing you get yourself into many problems but if you choose the right you won't have no problems at all. 

Honesty

In the film the student realized it’s not good to cheat because people who work hard and study it’s not fair for them that they tried and you’re just going to decide to cheat. It’s better if you don’t lie and don’t cheat when it comes to a test. You might as well tried your best instead of cheating because if you cheat and you get caught , you lie saying you didn’t it can lead to you getting in big trouble and if you get in big trouble your grade might go down for that plus you might face bad consequences you might not be able to get yourself out of , so might as well do the right thing and never lie or cheat.

When you lie one time it becomes a habit of you lying all the time. If you lie all the time people won’t be able to trust you with anything. So it’s better if you don’t lie at all because then people will look at you and they’ll see you as a trustworthy person. Being an honest person makes you look good because let’s say your friend needs to tell you something very personal and they tell you , and you never tell anyone else that makes you look like a good person because you kept your secret and you didn’t lie about not telling anyone. So it’s better not to lie at all because if you don’t lie at all you won’t get yourself into any trouble.

The sting of the scorpion

Patrick kearon chose the wrong when he decided to not wear his shoes. He said his parents told him to wear shoes because they would protect his feet no matter what.But when he got stung by the scorpion he knew he should’ve wear his shoes and he knew he chosed the wrong thing to do. An example of that is let’s say you are in a situation where you know if you do the wrong thing you’ll end up getting caught and end up getting in trouble. If you do the right thing and turn the other cheek then you won’t have to worry about anything.

No matter what situation you are in always do the right.It’s better for you to be a CTR person than to be a CTW person because if you’re a person who is always doing the wrong things people are going to look at you wrong and you might not like it and you could get even into more trouble. But if you are a person who is always doing the right then you won’t get into any trouble and people could depend on you. You’ll probably even be doing good in school because you are always doing the right. If you have friends that do the wrong things sometimes you could probably end up convincing them to do the right things also.

“It’s better to be alone than to be in bad company.”

It’s better for you to be alone because you can focus more on what you have to do and you can probably get your school work done. You can always have time with your friends any day but let’s say you have a project do and you want to get it done right away so you can go somewhere with your friends.It’s better for you to finish it by yourself because if you have company around and if it’s not good company then you’ll end up getting distracted and might end up getting in trouble. Another reason why it’s better to be alone is because you can have people who do bad things and you don’t feel right about it, you can just turn the other cheek and do the right thing.

“World war II”

World war II was basically one supposed to be with Europe. The men that were in the army were aged between 21-30. Summer 1941 , Hitler’s army took over Europe,Italy and Japan. By September he took over 1.47 million troops. He was planning on launching his forces heading east. On December 7, 1941 Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Japanese unexpectedly. Many U.S ships were destroyed also 188 aircraft and 2,403 people were killed. After the attack 4 days later Germany and Italy wanted to attack the U.S. About 143 young men had to join the army and fight.

The second attack was called out by Hitler. The U.S did achieve fighting and won.

Challenges teens face today

Teens have a lot of challenges or go through them. This generation is messed up in many ways and more years pass by things are getting worse with social media, kids are being more aggressive with each other. With technology around kids don’t know how to socialize , there’s bullying in school or social media. With that around kids\teens don’t know how to be kind with one another. So that creates a lot of problems and it may make kids go through things like bullying, depression, doing drugs. Some teens that are girls end up getting pregnant and it may lead them into being a drug addict or something. Teens might be getting abused and don’t know how to tell someone and it can lead them to suicide. The challenges I go through today is just being stressed over school. Being a CTR person can help you overcome any challenges you face by staying out of streets, don’t do any drugs or drink, choose your friends wisely and just get your school work done and you’ll be fine.

What John meant was being an dynamic and creative person is better than being a person who doesn’t care about their future and does drugs. All the bad things in the world is what causes you not to be that type of person but if you are smart enough and always think about doing the right things then you’ll be fine. Being a creative and kind person can probably go on to someone else you know and it just goes around. If you do the right things you can also pass that on to one of your friends. As you become a dynamic and creative not only you’ll pass it on but you’ll be healthy in a way because you’ve done the right things

Health Sciences Librarian

Duties and responsibilities:What an health science librarian do is they have access to all the medical information that you need. They have books, journals,tapes multimedia presentations and the internet. They help out anyone who needs to find out any scientific or medical information. They work in a variety of places  such as library.

Salary:Average $58,000- $65,000

Education: To become one you have to graduate high school. You have to take classes such as english,math,typing and science. Get a four year bachelor’s degree , it is required. You have to take classes like science and computer science.
